Here’s how it works…

We deliver and hook up new laundry equipment at your location at our expense. We execute a lease agreement whereby we own and maintain the machines, including all parts labor and service at no expense to you while paying you a commission from the usage of the machines.

The team at A.L.L. Laundry Service becomes your laundry room management team. In some cases, owners of multi-housing complexes prefer to own their equipment. We can do that too!

At A.L.L. Laundry Service we guarantee same-day service for our installed washers and dryers. Our toll free number and our service website provide an excellent direct connection with your resident to guarantee that your equipment is up and running the same day.

We offer two configurations for Multi-Housing Laundry Equipment – Coin Operated Washers and Dryers or Smart Card ESD Laundry.

Coin Operated Washers and Dryers

Coin operated laundry equipment, including washers and dryers, have been a mainstay of the multi-housing laundry room. As a Maytag and IPSO distributor, we can offer you  laundry equipment with a proven track record.  Coin operated washers and dryers can be configured with top-load, front load, or stackable units. We offer a wide-range of energy efficient models to help you maximize the profit in your coin operated laundry equipment. 

Smart Card – A fresh approach and an alternative to the Coin Laundry Business –

Traditionally, people have installed washers and dryers that are coin operated in multi-housing units. Modern technology provides an easier and more profitable solution for laundry management. The Smart-Card system enables you to offer a first-class amenity, coin-less laundry, to all renters.  Your resident will love the idea because our Smart-Card system eliminates the need for them to use coins in the laundry room. Each resident receives a reusable Smart Card to which they add value at any time.  A Value Transfer machine (VTM) enables tenants to add value or check value on their reusable laundry card at any time.

It’s safe; all cash transactions take place in a highly visible area by centrally locating the “VTM” in a high traffic secure location. Coin-less laundry also discourages vandalism to the laundry equipment and assures uninterrupted service.
