A text when your service call is done

We send informational text messages notifying you that a laundry equipment service call has been completed. Messages may identify the service request, property or equipment, and service outcome. This program does not send advertising or promotional offers.

We obtain your consent through an expressly identified SMS opt-in process before sending program messages. Providing a phone number, requesting service, or accepting general terms alone does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of service or purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology. You must be authorized to receive messages at the number you provide; please notify us if that number changes or is reassigned.

Message frequency varies based on the service requests associated with your consent. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile service plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about those charges.

You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which program messages will stop unless you provide new consent. You may also contact service@alllaundryservice.com or 216-475-2040 to withdraw consent. Opting out does not cancel your service request or modify your service agreement.

Providers may process the information needed to operate and deliver this program on our behalf.

We may update these terms or modify or discontinue the program. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain new consent when required. Changes do not authorize messages outside the scope of your consent.
